    Download your customers and price list from your old software as CSV files. Most have an Export option; their support team can send them if not.

  2. Match the columns

    Upload a file and WireFlow shows each column with example values. Headings it recognises are matched for you; pick the rest from a list.

  3. Check and import

    See exactly what will be added before anything is saved. Possible duplicates are flagged, so nobody ends up in there twice.
